You’ll receive live coaching feedback during sessions, alongside video analysis to help break down your stroke and highlight areas for improvement.
Video footage can also be sent to you after the camp for a small additional fee.
What happens if I get injured or need physiotherapy during the camp?
Your safety and wellbeing are a priority throughout the camp.

Absolutely many athletes attend solo.
Our camps are designed to be friendly, inclusive, and team-oriented, so you’ll quickly feel part of the group. Through shared sessions and time outside the pool, it’s easy to connect with like-minded swimmers and triathletes.
Most people arrive not knowing anyone and leave with new training partners, friendships, and confidence.

More than 6 weeks before the camp: Full refund

Is there downtime or social activities outside of training?
Yes outside of scheduled sessions, you’ll have time to relax, recover, and explore the local area, whether that’s the beach, cafés, or simply switching off between sessions.
At the end of the camp, we’ll also host an optional informal social evening, giving everyone the chance to unwind, reflect on the week, and enjoy time together in a relaxed setting.
