Hannah and Lauren have shared the pool since they were 15, competing side by side at the highest levels of international swimming.

Over the years, that experience built not just a strong friendship, but a deep understanding of what it takes to train, perform, and stay consistent in the sport.

After working together on podcasts and swim camps, they decided to bring their experience into a more structured setting, creating camps that reflect how they believe swimming should be coached and experienced.

Their approach is simple: combine elite-level knowledge with a supportive, down to earth environment. Whether you’re new to swimming or looking to push your performance, the aim is to help you improve, feel more confident in the water, and enjoy the process along the way.

Affectionately known throughout her career as “Smiley Miley,” Hannah Miley combined relentless dedication with an unmistakable love for the sport.

Hannah Miley competed for over 15 years at the highest level of international swimming, representing Great Britain at three Olympic Games (2008, 2012 and 2016). She is a double Commonwealth Games champion (200m and 400m Individual Medley, 2014) and has won multiple medals at major international championships, including a World Championship silver medal (400m Individual Medley, 2015) and several European Championship medals, including gold (400m Individual Medley, 2010) and additional silver and bronze medals across Individual Medley events.

Standing at 5’5”, Hannah built her success on precision, efficiency, and attention to detail, proving that exceptional technique and consistency can overcome physical limitations.

This philosophy now underpins her coaching approach: practical, encouraging, and detail focused.

Hannah works with swimmers of all ages and abilities, from those developing confidence in the water to athletes pursuing performance goals. With her technical expertise, lived experience, and infectious enthusiasm, she brings both inspiration and enjoyment to every session.

Lauren Quigley competed at the highest level of international swimming for over a decade, representing England, Great Britain, and Europe. She is a triple Commonwealth Games silver medallist, a multiple-time British champion, and a former British record holder in backstroke events.

Her career highlights include three silver medals at the 2014 Commonwealth Games, with standout performances in the 50m Backstroke, and achieving world top-seven rankings in both the 50m and 100m Backstroke following the 2015 World Championships. She also competed professionally in Spain with Club Natació Palma, winning medals at the Spanish National Championships and contributing to the team’s progression into Spain’s top division.

Now serving as a firefighter, Lauren remains closely connected to swimming, combining her experiences as an elite athlete and first responder to motivate and inspire others.

Swimming runs in her family: her mother, Yvonne Stanley, competed internationally, and her aunt, Gaynor Stanley, represented Great Britain at the Olympics
